This is a QUICK STEP BY STEP GUIDE to setting up a Freecember Challenge page on GoFundMe Charity.

Your page total will combine with other teams to build toward your anti-trafficking charity's total goal.

Step A) Decide your fundraising goal. We suggest something in the $500 - $2,500 range. It’s up to you.

Step B) Think about your challenge. This will matter because you’ll be naming your challenge something.

 Step C) Set up your page/team on your charity’s chosen giving platform. For USA non-profits, GoFundMe Charity works well.

STEP 1) GO TO THE PAGE FOR THE charity you’re raising for

• National Freedom Network: GO HERE. (Your set up will be a bit different.)

• Survivor Alliance: GO HERE.

• Beauty for Ashes: GO HERE.

• Chab Dai: GO HERE.

• Other: you can do a Freecember challenge for any anti-trafficking non-profit on any platform : ) Here’s GoFundMe Charity’s homepage

STEP 2) CLICK THE JOIN BUTTON

STEP 3) CLICK “JOIN A TEAM” OR “CREATE YOUR OWN TEAM”

>> NOTE: If you’re the first to join or are doing a solo challenge, you’ll choose “Create your own team." (even if it’s just you.) <<

STEP 4) Sign IN OR SIGN Up to gofundme charity with your Facebook account or with an email address

STEP 5) Enter:

A) your team/challenge name

b) YOUR TEam/CHALLENGE FUNDRAISING GoAL

C) a SENTENCE OR TWO ABOUT WHAT/WHY (OR SKIP IT FOR NOW)

THEN D) CLICK “NEXT”

Step 6) ADD A PICTURE (OR SKIP IT FOR NOW)

STEP 7) CLICK A) UPLOAD OR B) SKIP

& Your Team/challenge will be Live!!!

STEP 7) CLICK “GO TO YOUR CAMPAIGN”

STEP 8) CLICK EDIT

STEP 9) ADD PHOTOS, VIDEO AND/OR DESCRIPTION

STEP 10) CLICK ON MANAGE (FOR MULTIPLE WAYS TO SHARE)

IF YOU WANT, CLICK VIEW:

PREPARE FOR YOUR FREECEMBER CHALLENGE.

START SHARING WHAT YOUR PLANNING.
